Seyithan(12) is a boy who lives in a remoted village of Sırnak. His teacher, just before the semester holiday, assigns one of the tales of "Τhe thousand and one nights" to each student. Seyithan doesn’t like reading, so he is not really interested in the book his teacher gave him. But one night, due to a blackout he gets bored and starts to look at the pictures of the book.
Mahsum Taskin
Γεννήθηκε το 1994 στην επαρχία Sırnak. Σπούδασε Ιατρική στο Πανεπιστήμιο Cerrahpaşa της Κωνσταντινούπολης, από όπου αποφοίτησε το 2018. Παρακολούθησε μαθήματα κινηματογράφου στο SAKM, στη Nar Film και στο Mesopotamian Cinema Collective. Αφού εργάστηκε για αρκετές κινηματογραφικές παραγωγές, έγραψε και σκηνοθέτησε την πρώτη μικρού μήκους τανία “Χίλιες και μία νύχτες” το 2020.
