Ioannina, 1809. Ali Pasha tries to please his young wife Vasiliki, offering her precious jewels and other valuables. However, the only thing that makes her happy are the pink flowers grown especially for her by the yard's florist.
Thomas Künstler
He is an Italian filmmaker / stop motion animator who was born in Rome in 1991 and currently lives and works in Athens. He received his degree in Directing from the University For The Creative Arts (United Kingdom). His work has been featured in multiple festivals like the Animasyros Film Festival, Herceg Novi Film Festival (Montenegro), Aesthetica Short Film Festival (York, UK) and more. He is currently working on "Markos", a stop motion animation feature film about Rembetiko music, and a short stop motion film "Endless Hole".
