Instructors: Agni Stroumpouli, narrator & Stavros Parginos, musician
aimed at middle and high schools, duration: two hours
As natural resources, and especially water resources decrease around the world, we designed a program of narratives and triggers-challenges for students to search, form, create and realize the importance of water in life and in their own everyday life. Mythology, the diary of a child from sub-Saharan Africa, measures taken, this summer, by European governments for water scarcity, narratives that involve myths on the transformations and power of water, audio recordings, etc.; All the above constitute a quite interesting workshop that make students think, but also entertains them.
Preparation: The children who will participate will be required to record a testimony from an adult-elderly person, in their family or extended environment, and bring it along, or write it down and read it in classroom, or even narrate it themselves.
