The Kestrels is a female adolescent handball team of a little Hungarian countryside town. The girls of the team live and breathe for handball. But their coach, a misogynist and an unfair person, make their lifes a living hell. Franci, the best player of the team, is fed up with his behavior and has to make a hard decision. Will she tolerate his insults or stand up against him?
Szonja Szabó
She was born in 1983 in Budapest. She studied at the Hungarian Film Academy in the class of Tamás Almási. She works as a freelance filmmaker, directing and writing scripts.
