
Mandy Argyropoulou
Born in Amaliada, Ilia in 1972, she studied at the Theological School of Athens and attended a postgraduate program "Communication and Information Technologies for Education". She has worked as a public relations manager since 1991. She has been working at the Olympia Festival since 2002.Since 2026, she is the President of the Festival's Steering Committee. he is the Secretary of the Festival's Steering Committee and directs the Festival's Athens office.

Pantelis Panteloglou
He was born in Athens in 1976 and studied Social Anthropology at Panteion University, where he also did postgraduate studies. He has worked in the wider cultural and audiovisual field since 1999, in various creative, technical and administrative positions (sound engineer, theater lighting designer, actor, web designer, editor, translator-subtitler, production manager, etc.). He first worked at the Festival in 2011 and since 2018 he has been working full-time as deputy artistic director. As of 2023 he is president of the European Children's Film Association (ECFA) for a five-year term. From the beginning of 2024 he took over the artistic direction of the Festival.

Manolis Melissourgos
He was born and raised in Athens and holds a BSc in European and International Studies and a Master's Degree in Cultural Policy, Management and Communication. In 2004 he worked for the first time at the Drama Film Festival, saw all the films screened and decided that he wanted to work for cinema forever. He has collaborated in production positions with the largest festivals in Greece, while with the Olympia Festival the relationship begins in 2011. In recent years he has also been involved in the production of films, mainly for children and young people. He is the artistic director of Camera Zizanio since 2024. Since 2026, he is the Secretary of the Festival's Steering Committee.

Kostas Korres
Born in Athens in 1978, he studied European Culture at the Hellenic Open University, received a master's degree in Education using New Technologies from the University of the Aegean where he is a PhD candidate in History. He has professional experience in cultural management and non-formal education in Greece, Portugal and Germany, and has participated in research projects of the Universities of Patras and Ioannina. From 2010 to 2013 he was the coordinator of the program "Lessons in the dark" of Neaniko Plano. In 2016 he received a cultural management scholarship from the Goethe-Institut, received further training in Germany and created the award-winning intercultural education program "Ani-Mate and Meet the Other". Since 2018 he is responsible for the educational programs and a cultural manager for Neaniko Plano. Since 2026 he is the Treasurer of the Festival's Steering Committee.

Yorgos Spyrou
He was born in Athens in 1979. He is a graduate of the Department of History and Archaeology of the School of Philosophy of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has worked for ten years as a philologist in the private sector. Since 1997 he has been participating in the organization of the Olympia Festival, undertaking various responsibilities from time to time. From 2001 to 2004 he participated in the organization of the International Meeting of the University Theatre of Olympia. From 2002 to 2008 he was responsible for film screenings for schools at the cinema Philippe in Kypseli. He is currently working as the head of the programming team of the Olympia Festival.

Lito Theodosiou
Lito Theodosiou has been working at the Festival since 1999. Since 2001 she has been the General Coordinator of the European Meeting of Youth Audiovisual Creation Camera Zizanio. She has coordinated film workshops for young people in international festivals and has been a member of international juries. She has been involved in film subtitling, while at the same time he has been active in organizing workshops and conferences. For seven years she worked in the International Competition Section of the Drama Short Film Festival. She is a member of the White Puppet Theatre. She studies Photography & Camerawork at the Stavrakos Film School.

Natalia Spyropoulou
She studied Graphic Design and worked for several years in the printed press and visual communication. She has also worked in adult education, as an Organization Manager, but also in creative programs for Roma students. The Olympia Festival entered her life in 2011 and she intends to continue working on it until 2111. She lives in Amaliada. She enjoys cinema, travel and board games. And people with humor.

Natassa Skoubouri
She was born in Athens in 1985. She grew up in Pyrgos, Ilia. She studied at the Agricultural University of Athens and then worked in the private sector. She even remembers forever the first Olympia Festival. She loves cinema and children. She found them both at Cine Philip in 2008, along with people from the Festival who now have a special place in her heart. They were lost for a while, they met again in 2021, when she became a permanent member of the Festival team. She lives in Pyrgos.

Stavros Robotis
Γεννήθηκε στον Πύργο το 1979. Σπούδασε Τεχνικός Ηλ. Υπολογιστών στην Πάτρα και εργάστηκε στον τομέα της πληροφορικής για 18 χρόνια ως υπάλληλος και ως ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας. Εργάζεται στον πολιτισμό και τα οπτικοακουστικά μέσα από το 2001 ως ραδιοφωνικός παραγωγός, βιντεογράφος και μοντέρ, ενω έχουν εκδοθεί διηγήματα του σε συλλογικές εκδόσεις. Από το 2001 ασχολείται με το θέατρο σαν ερασιτέχνης ηθοποιός, και απο το 2015 είναι εμψυχωτής θεάτρου στο Ελληνικό Ωδείο Πύργου, ανεβάζοντας θεατρικές παραστάσεις με παιδιά ηλικίας 7 – 18 ετών. Στο Φεστιβάλ εργάζεται από το 2022, με έμφαση στην ανάπτυξη του τοπικού δικτύου στην Ηλεία και τις εκπαιδευτικές δράσεις, για τις ανάγκες των οποίων επιμορφώνεται διαρκώς. Του αρέσουν τα ταξίδια, η μαγειρική, η μουσική, το μπάσκετ, η καλή παρέα και φυσικά ο κινηματογράφος.

Dimitris Spyrou
Dimitris Spyrou created the Festival in 1997, in collaboration with local authorities of the prefecture of Ilia. He was the artistic director of the Festival from its inception until the end of 2023 and put his stamp on the Institution.
He studied Theatre and Cinema. He first worked as an actor and screenwriter and then as a director and producer. In 1985 he created the production company "Faos Film". He has directed three feature films ("The Flea", "Dream on a White Background" and the documentary "The Mavromata") as well as 15 documentaries for television. He has written the screenplay for three television series, as well as historical documentary series. Since 1989 it has been particularly active in the field of "Cinema for Children and Youth". In 1992 he created the non-profit organization "Neaniko Plano" with the aim of developing the production and distribution of cinema for children and young people in Greece. Since 1991 she has been a member of the European Children's Film Association, in which she was twice elected member of the Board of Directors. In 2021 she was honored by CIFEJ (International Film Association for Children and Youth) with the Lifetime Achievement Award, as "the most important person in the history of children's and youth cinema in Greece". With FAOS FILM and YOUTH PLAN he has produced, co-produced or executive produced about 30 feature and short fiction films and documentaries. Since 1992 he has held dozens of film workshops for teachers and young people. She has taught the course of Screenwriting at the Interuniversity Postgraduate Program "Information and Communication Technologies for Education". He has published two novels for children and teenagers, a collection of poems and two books on cinema for children and young people. His short stories have been published in newspapers and magazines. His presentations on film education and cinema for children and young people have been presented in conferences and workshops.

Nikos Theodosiou
Nikos Theodosiou is a writer and director. He studied film in Athens and Paris. His work extends from literature to historical research with particular attention to the history of cinemas, as well as the history of the relationship between cinema and education in Greece. In cinema he is oriented to documentary directing with many participations in festivals. She has elaborated and directed educational film programs for children, has presented presentations at many conferences on audiovisual education of young people, publications in magazines and has led film workshops in Greece and abroad. She is a founding member of Neaniko Plano (Creative Group for the audiovisual expression of young people) and of the Pedagogical Group "Skasiarchio". He took over the responsibility of organizing and artistic direction of the European Meeting of Youth Audiovisual Creation Camera Zizanio from its foundation in 2001 until the end of 2023.

Christos Konstantopoulos
He was born in Pyrgos in 1958. Journalist, he worked from 1982 to 2003 in newspapers in Ilia and as a correspondent of "Vima" and "Nea". He published the literary magazine "Alpheus" and dealt with cinema, advertising and publishing. He is a founding member of the Creative Group for the Audiovisual Expression of Young People "Neaniko Plano" and was its vice president until 2018. He was the President of the Festival's Steering Committee 2016-2026.
