Theater workshop: the title playfully encapsulates the main topics of the workshop. The topics of "sight" (sight-scene, viewer experience, lens, difference of visual media) and "action" (actor's acting in the theater - actor's on the set), refer to the unifying and differentiating connection between the two arts. The aim of the workshop is after coming into contact and familiarizing themselves with basic terms and principles of the language of theater (body as a tool, function of emotion, space/time) and getting to know elements of the cinematic language, the children can identify common elements, but also the major differences of the two arts. Towards the end of the workshop, with the material that will have been collected, we will experiment in practice with the communication of cinema and theater in order to produce a hybrid product (spot-sketch-preplanned improvisation-short film).
