Kateřina Karhánková
She graduated from the Animation Department at FAMU, Prague. She is a director, screenwriter, animator and artist focuses on films for children. Her graduation film, New Species, , was selected to Annecy 2014 and than presented at the MoMA in NYC. Her following film, Tony and Mr. Illness, won several awards including the 2015 Gold Panda. In 2017 she made her next short film, Fruits of the Clouds, , which was nominated for the European Animation Awards, for the BAFTA awards and was awarded as the Best Animated Film for Children in 2018 by the European Children's Film Association (ECFA)
