The birth of form is the birth of the world. From our early childhood to our last breath, we as humans learn about the world around us and try to find our place in it. One African mask can reveal a whole spectrum of human culture, its origins and the transformation that takes place to produce the art that decorates the museums of the world.
Ekaterina Ogorodnikova
She is a Belgian-based artist and independent animation film director with a Master of Arts in Fine Arts. Her journey into animation began with Love Pray Fight (2016), (2016), created for an Indian art exhibition in Brussels. She founded the DAR animation studio, producing The Dog Story (2018), which won numerous awards at youth film festivals.
