Martín, a shoeshine boy who works in the streets of La Paz, Bolivia, decides to steal the dog of his best client, a lonely tailor he has begun to imagine as his father.
Vinko Tomičić Salinas
He is a Chilean screenwriter, director, and producer. His first short film, Durmiente, was selected for festivals such as Ficunam, Guadalajara, Cali, São Paulo, and Vancouver. His short film Aicha was screened at Biarritz, Guadalajara, Chicago, and at the Locarno Academy Screenings in 2019. In 2014, he founded the production company Calamar Cine, which produced the feature film Cockroach (El Fumigador), co-directed with Francisco Hevia. The film premiered at the 20th PÖFF Tallinn Black Nights and won Best National Film award at SANFIC 2016.
