
Viola Gabrielli
She is an experienced international media consultant specializing in content and talent scouting worldwide, with a particular focus on animation and content for young audiences. She provides world sales teams and creative producers with tailored services to identify the right business partners. She currently serves as Head of Program at Young Horizons Industry, an annual international co-production and pitching event for kids’ and youth media content, and as the animation feature program delegate for the Shanghai International Film & TV Festival.
Radka Hoffman
She is Head of Industry & International Relations at the Prague-based cultural association Krutón, known for the BOO International Film Festival, the independent cinema Kino Kavalírka, a wide range of audiovisual events, national and international film and audiovisual educational projects in Czechia and the V4 region, as well as alternative arthouse film distribution. She studied Radio and TV Dramaturgy and Scriptwriting at the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno, where she is currently completing her Ph.D. Her research focuses on contemporary cinema for youth in a European context. She is a board member of the European Children’s Film Association (ECFA) and has collaborated as a scriptwriter with Czech Radio, Radio and Television of Slovakia, Storylab Audio, and CAMP – Center for Architecture and Metropolitan Planning in Prague.


Jitendra Mishra
He is an internationally acclaimed filmmaker, producer, and festival director from India, passionately dedicated to meaningful and socially relevant cinema. He serves as the Festival Director of SIFFCY (Smile International Film Festival for Children & Youth), organized by Smile Foundation in partnership with the European Union, which reaches over half a million young viewers across India every year. Currently, Jitendra is the President of CIFEJ (International Centre of Films for Children & Youth)—one of the world’s oldest and largest global media networks, established under the auspices of UNESCO in 1955 and headquartered in Athens. He is also the Founder of Cinema4Good, a pioneering production house, and CineOdisha, a creative initiative launched at Dubai Expo 2020 to promote India’s regional cinema and cultural heritage internationally. With more than 100 films to his credit—including The Last Color, Desires of the Heart, I Am Kalam and The Silent Epidemic - itendra has received numerous national and international distinctions, including India’s prestigious National Film Award, conferred by the President of India. Invited as a jury member at over 50 international film festivals, he continues to champion independent cinema and cultural exchange, inspiring the next generation of storytellers through his visionary work.
Kärt Väinola
Kärt Väinola has been involved with the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival since 2005, taking on multiple roles over the years. Since 2012, her responsibilities have expanded to include the festival’s largest sub-event, Just Film. While her primary focus has been on hospitality, she has also contributed to programming and coordinated projects for Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event. Currently, Kärt heads the Just Film Industry Days programme, a new initiative by Just Film and Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event, launched in 2023. Outside of festival activities, she works as a casting director, with most of her work focused on feature films and commercial projects. These experiences have given her a comprehensive understanding of the entertainment industry, spanning indie films, blockbuster productions, and commercials.
