Music, step out!

For most people, how a piece of music is composed is a mystery, a magical process. And it is!

A gateway to the magical world of music creation opens once again at the Olympia Festival through the workshop “Music, step out!”. This workshop invites children to experience firsthand the process of composing and recording a song, turning their musical ideas into a complete piece.

Participants will experiment with melodies, rhythms, and chords, discovering how music theory can support their creativity. With the help of musical instruments, microphones, and sound-editing software, they will explore how imagination comes to life inside the studio.

During the workshop, the young creators will record their own song, explore the possibilities that modern technology offers for editing and mixing sound, and finally release it on streaming platforms — so that everyone can listen to it.

Will you join us to create this year’s festival hit?

Where and when?

The workshop will take place in Amaliada between December 1-5, 2025, 11:00-14:00.
