Farhad, a 12-year-old living with his mother and his 6-year-old sister in a village. He lost his father 5 years ago due to a fatal disease. Farhad is crazy about photos and magazines. One day, he goes to the city with his family and gets fascinated by a second hand camera on the shop window. He works hard to buy the camera, but he doesn’t succeed, so he sells one of their sheep in order to buy it. When his mother makes him get back the camera and refund the money, Farhad grabs the camera and runs away.
Abas Aram
He was born in 1983 in Isfahan, a traditional city at the center of Iran. In 2006, he graduated as a Mining Engineer from Birjand University. Since he loved cinema, he joined as a student of cinema in Iranian Youth Cinema Association and was awarded as a young filmmaker, in 2011. Later, he made 3 short movies, 55 video clips, 4 documentary films about social problems and human life. He was awarded several prizes from different festivals. "Here my village" is his first experience in writing and directing a feature and narrative movie, independently.
