A lonely boy is playing with his colorful matchsticks. While he is talking about his dreams, fears and hopes, the matchsticks bring his visions to life. The film is based on an interview with the 7-year-old L. S.

Géza M. Tóth

Hungarian film director, university professor, founder and leader of KEDD Animation Studio. Worked as a tutor at several institutes and universities (Royal College of Art, London, Filmakademie Baden - Württemberg, Ludwigsburg, National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad). As a filmmaker he created short films, animation TV series, and experimental art projects. His artworks participated more than 200 film festivals and were awarded with more than 100 prizes. In 2007 his film "Maestro" was nominated to the Academy Awards in the Best Animated Short Film category.
