Camera Zizanio’s films continue their trip around the world

The days after a big event, like a Festival, are usually calm until you start preparing for the next one. But it’s not the same for Camera Zizanio.

Overwhelming requests are coming from foreign festivals that are searching to screen films from Greece and also from similar events in Greece, in order to screen the awarded films.

The first event hosted Camera Zizanio’s films was the 3rd Youth film festival in Larissa / artfools video festival 2011, that was held successfully from February 26 to March 3,2011. All the awarded films of the Greek Section as well as a selection of awarded films from the European Section were screened (2 hours in total).

The same films will be screened at the 1st Short Film Festival LIFE N ‘ART that will be held in Peristeri city (Athens) from July 7 to 9, 2011.

A selection of films made during the workshops that were organized during 10thCamera Zizanio, this December, will be screened at a new Festival in Greece – the 1st Student Digital Film Festival, in April 9, 2011, in Heraklion of Crete.
The first destination abroad was the 3rd Kid’s Eye Film Festival’s in Budapest, Hungary , taking place from March 18 to 20, 2011. The film was shot in Lutita / Agyagfalva of Transylvania, during a 10-day film workshop, in which a big delegation from Greece attended it.

And we’re moving on to Fresh Film Festival in Ireland that took place from March 28 to 31, 2011. The Jury selected to screen the films: “Control” by Sofianos Santatsoglou, “Window on Nature” by Konstantinos Haliassas, “Accounting of life” (from a cinema workshop of the 10th Camera Zizanio ) and “Smash” by Andreas Morgan – Massouris.

Films from Greece will continue to travel to… the Four River Film Festival that will be held from September 7 to 10, 2011 in Karlovac,Croatia… the 13th Seoul International Youth Film Festival Seoul in S.Korea… the 6th Jana International Film Festival For Children & Youth in Lebanon  and to many more.

Let us conclude by saying that from the beginning of this year we screen the awarded films of Camera Zizanio in many Greek cities, in the frames of the cinema screenings for students that are organized by Youth Plan.
