His film THE INFINITE JEST was a Jury Award for Best Short Documentary at the Aljazeera Documentary Film Festival. His film ANOTHER NIGHT ON EARTH won the Film Critics FIPRESCI Award at DOK Leipzig, the NHK Presidential Award, also the Best Feature Documentary Award at Guanajuato International Film Festival.
