In “Romy’s salon”, three generations of women are confronted with the effects of Alzheimer’s. When elderly hairdresser Stine confides in her ten-year-old granddaughter Romy instead of in her daughter Margot, it marks the start of a big adventure.
Mischa Kamp

She was born in Rotterdam in 1970. She majored in screenwriting and directing at the Dutch Film and Television Academy in Amsterdam. From the mid 90's, she has written and directed various successful shorts and series, fiction and nonfiction, live action and animation. In 2005 she directed her first full-length feature, "Winky's Horse", which was shown at the Berlinale. She then directed the sequel "Where is Winky's Horse?" (2007), which was also a great success. With "Boys" (2014), a coming of age drama, Mischa won several international awards.
