Georgios Mastrakoulis
He was born and raised in Heraklion, Crete. He studied Film in Dublin, where he also made his first films. He has written and directed several short films, earning awards from the Scriptwriters Guild of Greece for his work in both short and feature-length screenplays, as well as for writing a theatrical play. Two of his short stories have been published in crime fiction anthologies. In October 2024, his comic Arkalos for which he wrote the script, was published by OXY Editions. His films have been screened at domestic and international film festivals.
