My First Wedding
Greece, 12', 2024
age recommendation: 9+
original language: Greek
In the summer of '92, in a typical Greek village, 8-year-old wallflower Pericles is on the front lines of a “rock war” between eternal enemies: boys vs. girls. Armed with only imagination and rocks, his fight ends abruptly when a well-placed stone knocks him out. He awakens to find Phaedra, 12, towering above him like an Amazonian warrior princess. It’s love at first concussion for young Pericles. Now he just has to win her over, and if he’s lucky, they’ll share an unforgettable first kiss.
